Contribution pour l'Histoire mondiale des équations intégrales de frontières
On ne reviendra pas sur l'apport et l'importance de l'ordinateur que l'on a déjà décrit dans l'histoire des éléments finis. Ni sur l'apport de quelques physiciens ou mathématiciens des siècles passés. Il se trouve que l'on s'est beaucoup moins intéressé (i.e. on dispose de moins de sources) à cette histoire qu'à celle des éléments finis. Le site Boundary elements fournit beaucoup d'informations.
